Our Team.
Our experienced and knowledgeable co-founders have specialty in engineering and psychology, two subjects that are of paramount importance in modern-day society.
We provide in-depth, resourceful guidance to help students build strong intellectual foundations in these two fields. Supported by our network of expert consultants from different disciplines, we also provide consultancy services for a wide range of subjects.

Meet our co-founders, Jasmine and Francisco, both graduates of the University of Cambridge.
Jasmine Lee
Francisco Gomez Medina
Jasmine graduated with first class honours with distinction from the University of Cambridge in Psychological and Behavioural Sciences, ranking first out of her graduating cohort. She was awarded the British Psychological Society Undergraduate Award for best performance across accredited programmes, and the Winifred Georgina Holgate Pollard Memorial Prize from Cambridge.

She is currently a PhD candidate in Mental Health Science at University College London, as part of a prestigious studentship fully funded by the Wellcome Trust. She previously completed a master's in Developmental and Educational Psychology at UCL, and worked as a research assistant for Dr Keri Wong in a partnership project between UCL and the Islington Council on the support needs of young people after Covid. She also co-authored a paper with Prof Eirini Flouri and the Norwegian Centre for Child Behavioural Development on adversity and self-regulation in children.

Previously, she graduated from St. Paul's Co-educational College in Hong Kong with the International Baccalaureate Bilingual Diploma, achieving a perfect score, 45/45 (top 0.4% globally). She was awarded the Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence.
Francisco is a final year Engineering PhD student at the University of Cambridge, under the supervision of Dr Veronica Martinez, and sponsored by Rolls-Royce Aerospace. His research focuses on understanding the organisational value of technology, and he has presented his research at multiple international conferences and to more than 100 managers and executives. He is also an academic supervisor in Industrial Engineering for third and fourth year undergraduate students, and the current president of the Cambridge University Automobile Club.

Prior to his PhD, he received a 1st class degree in Mechanical Engineering, was Director of Engineering at a technology startup, worked as an Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing Engineer at TWI, and worked for two Summers at the Bristol Robotics Laboratory, the top UK Robotics Centre.
​
He has now started a position as Research Application Manager at The Alan Turing Institute in London, the UK National Centre for Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. As a RAM, he has an overview of the research output by the Institute and ensure that it is being adopted by Government, Academia, and Industry.
